If centering well-being for you and others appeals to you, then Wellspring, a virtual Well-being Champions training program sponsored by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina Foundation and designed and facilitated by Rosie Molinary, an author and non-profit founder and Board Chair, is for you.
What is a Well-being Champion?
Well-being Champions are nonprofit professionals who are excited about deepening their self-care tools and practices to better show up with intention and skill for themselves and others as their organizations practice more deliberate collective care.
A Well-being Champion’s purpose is to focus on supporting the well-being of their colleagues as part of an organization’s genuine commitment to create a culture of wellness.
What is Wellspring?
Wellspring is a four-part virtual program that meets over Zoom.
Over the course of the program, participants will learn about stress, burnout, and other issues that challenge our ability to practice self-care.
examine their own self-care needs and begin to more deliberately center their own well-being.
Consider how to champion well-being among individuals in their workplace.
consider ways in which well-being can be championed by workplace practices.
Dates: May 4, 11, 18, 25 from 10 AM to 12 PM via Zoom
With the Blue Cross NC Foundation sponsoring this experience, your investment is one of time as you prioritize each meeting, commitment as you show up for yourself and your cohort each week, and a willingness to deeply consider well-being.
Before registering, please confirm that you can attend each session in its entirety and reserve them on your calendar. It is especially important that you are available for the first session in its entirety as the group meets and establishes group norms and trust. If your availability to attend Wellspring changes after registration, please let me know so that the opportunity can be given to someone on the wait list. Thank you!
